  The room was clean and the maid service did a good job. The breakfast was very poor. All they had were some very old oranges (not fresh but withering), and they had no hot chocolate for those of us who do not drink coffee. they could improve their breakfast offering with bagels and cream cheese so that there was a choice other than small muffins and gooey looking danish.

  1 night stay and Issued that occurred were: Faucet at sink was connected to water lines but not secured to vanity, thus 2 hands were required to turn the water on/off to keep the fixture in place on the vanity. Cushion to desk chair was secured by 2 screws on 1 side only, almost completely coming off when moving the chair. Hot-Cold water lines reversed on shower/tub and not marked as such. Also leaked. Appliance and A/C unit were in need of cleaning, food particles and stains throughout. Coffee pot not drained of old coffee or wiped out. Carpet was extremely dirty as was revealed when showering. Electrical tape wrapped around clothes rack bar as a repair to broken wood. HBO Cable channel sound was not recognizeable and TV became inoperable from 3:30 am till check out @ 5:26am. Mop bucket with dirty water at bottom of outside stairwell creating mosquito breeding site. Attempt at pigeon abatement ineffective as nesting materials, fecal matter and pigeons evident in entrance to office. I did fill out a maintenance request form that was in the room and turned in at check out. No response from checkout management on the issues and no discount offered or apologies made.

  This hotel has the dirtiest carpets ever. After taking a shower and walking on the carpet in the room, my feet were completely black from the dirt in the carpet. It was disgusting. The breakfast consists of toast and danish. Not even fruit. The rooms are small and not very clean at all. The towels will barely dry you off after a shower they are so flimsy! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hot tub was cold one night, and so hot the next you couldn't go in. The pool is small and cold. There are plenty of other nicer hotels in the Mesa area. Do not select this one.

  Our four night stay was very positive. The motel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and very hospitable. The friendliness of the staff reminded me our numerous stays at bed and breakfasts. The free continental breakfast was simple but good (muffins, Danishes, toast, cold cereal, oat meal, and fresh fruit). The rooms were updated and included a flat screen 42"" TV. There was also a micro, fridge and coffee maker in our room. I would highly recommend for the price.
