  My husband and I arrived at the hotel and the first room they gave us was not even cleaned yet! The front desk was very nice and offered to "upgrade" us to a two room suite. I thought this was great until I saw the room. The bathtubs were peeling paint, the furniture in the room was very dirty and worn, and the carpet was one big stain. I called the front desk and they offered to let us pick out of several rooms (nice, but not what you should have to do). We settled on a two room suite with a hot tub. Sounds great, however, the hot tub faucet leaked all night long, the bathroom tub faucet took an hour to fill the tub and then broke completely on the third day. The furniture in the living area of the suite was dirty and stained. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked. The hotel looked like it was really nice in the 1980s but has not been kept up. The staff was super nice though and did try to accomodate. I would not stay there again.

  We are a family of 4 and this was a perfect hotel for us. Beds were comfortable. Kids had fun at the pool. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful. I would definitely stay again. It was a great value for us!

  We just came back from a 4 day stay at this hotel and I couldn't be more pleased. The room was extremely clean! Beds were spotless and oh so comfortable! My kids loved the breakfast buffet as well as myself! The pool was the perfect temp and CLEAN as was the hot tub. Although it is an older hotel, it has been well mantained. Grounds were just beautiful. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very laid back and does not have a problem with kids being kids. Not stuffy in the least. We felt very welcome. I am looking forward to my next stay. In fact, I have already been looking at the other locations throughout AZ. If they are all as nice as the Tucson location I will be thrilled! GREAT value for the amenities!

  I was impressed with the price, which I got extremely cheap, but even more so with the heated pool and hot tub, comfortable bed, and a decent hot breakfast. The staff were friendly, and I ended up staying an extra night on a whim just for the above reasons. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much.

  Desk staff friendly; room poor; rugs dirty and multiple patches; bed covers stained; room temp over 90 degrees when we entered; a/c not on and took over two hours to cool down; hair in the tub; t.v. was from the 1980's; bad reception and few channels; turned off every time you walked in front of it. For a quick overnight stay close to the freeway hotel would be acceptable; but don't expect much. Would rather stay at a clean Motel 6!
